In a recent Eating for Evolution interview, Megan Cater and Tiffany Pollard inquire into the depths of our relationship to food (and life). Discover how morality, spirituality, meditation, and the perennial revelation of “Oneness,” all merge in relationship to human choice. And how does this relate to food? Dear Tiffany and Amber:
The audio with Meg Cater is fantastic. For me it had both the seriousness, huge context in which to place everything and also lightness of being that helps me in my lifelong struggle with food, weight and eating. This higher perspective is so positive. I forwarded this to a friend who is deeply spiritual and has had the same challenges around food.
Keep up the good work!
Karen
Great Karen! We’ll be continuing this series with Meg. There is so much to look into… and you are right, it can be profoundly positive!
Love,
Tif
